Here is an easy and delicious recipe for sneaking liver into your dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb beef liver
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Puree liver and onion in food processor until smooth.
Add along with all other ingredients to a stand mixer, and mix on speed 1 with paddle attachment until thoroughly mixed. If you don't have a stand mixer, mix everything thoroughly with your hands in a large bowl.
Drop rounded tablespoons of this mix onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
