Here is a very easy and nutritious dinner to whip up at the last minute, with minimal work and prep:
Grass-fed beef sausage from @twrgrassfedbeef, cooked in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Roast cauliflower - toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread in a roasting pan and roast at 400°F until tender to your liking, about 30 minutes.
Salad with red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, white onions, feta cheese, dressed with olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
Easy, filling, and nutritious. Enjoy!
