Egg Nog Super Smoothie⁣

This smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse, and is filling and delicious any time of day. It is quick and easy way to enjoy the following highly nutritious foods:⁣

Raw milk - excellent source of vitamins D, K, E, calcium, and beneficial bacteria. ⁣

Raw eggs - excellent source of vitamins A, D, E, K, B6, B12, omega-3 fatty acids, lecithin⁣

High-vitamin butter oil - highly concentrated source of vitamins A, D, E, K. I buy the NutraPro brand on Amazon.⁣

Elderberry syrup - powerful immune system support⁣

If you don't have all ingredients, you can omit the butter oil and substitute honey or maple syrup for the elderberry syrup. These are much sweeter than elderberry syrup, so use just a tiny bit.⁣


Ingredients⁣

12 oz raw milk⁣

1 raw egg⁣

1 tsp elderberry syrup, or more to taste⁣

1 tsp high-vitamin butter oil⁣

Dash of cinnamon⁣

Dash of nutmeg⁣

Blend all ingredients until frothy. Serve immediately and enjoy!⁣
