For a recent family birthday, I wanted to make one of my favorite desserts, a French fruit tart. It came out absolutely delicious. How did I make it as healthy as possible?
I followed the “Authentic French Fruit Tart” recipe from @houseofnasheats, and made the following changes:
I reduced the sugar in the recipe by 1/3
I used all organic ingredients
I used grass-fed dairy for all dairy ingredients
I used Panela 100% unprocessed cane sugar for the sugar
I am dreaming of making this fruit tart again soon!
