Here is an easy, filling, and nutritious breakfast idea that is quick to whip together.
Ingredients
Eggs
Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Marinara sauce
Sausages (I used grass-fed beef baby frankfurters from @twrgrassfedbeef ), sliced
Shredded cheese
Sauté the peppers on medium heat on your cooking fat of choice (I used ghee) until starting to soften. Add sliced sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until sausage is browned.
Add a bit of marinara sauce, and mix well.
Make wells in the mixture, and crack eggs into them. Cover the pan and cook until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle some cheese on the eggs, cover pan again, and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
